All About Dean WEbster
Hello, I am Dean, and I am a qualified Remedial Treatments (Damp & Timber – CSRT) Surveyor as well as a Waterproofing Specialist (CSSW) Surveyor. I am also a member of SPAB – Society for the Protection of Ancient Buildings.
Over the years, I have had the pleasure of surveying thousands of beautiful homes and commercial buildings throughout Kent and the South East. I enjoy talking to clients about the issues affecting their properties and discussing solutions available to them.
I love what I do, especially working on larger contracts for commercial clients and the heritage preservation work, where I can really show my expertise in maintaining these beautiful houses in Kent and the South East.
Over 30 years Experience
Having been in the industry for over 30 years, I have extensive experience in dealing with all sorts of issues, from a straightforward DPC failure in a Victorian terraced property through to complex water management systems in below-ground vaults underneath prestigious 5-star Central London hotels.
Although I relish inspecting and finding solutions for remedial issues in historic buildings using sympathetic techniques, I also enjoy working in a wide variety of buildings, from oast houses, listed historic buildings belonging to the National Trust and development properties requiring extensive refurbishments.
